Layne and Kirk enjoy the Wyndham Christmas Party
Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific’s Gold Coast employees celebrated Christmas in style this year with the annual gala dinner and award ceremony at Jupiter’s Casino, Broadbeach. The event was attended by more than 850 Wyndham employees and their partners.
Employees at the corporate office on the Gold Coast and resorts and sales sites across the South Pacific were recognised for their outstanding contributions to the company in 2011 with the annual Count On Me! award winners announced at the gala dinner.
The winners announced by Barry Robinson, CEO and Managing Director, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific were recognised for their exceptional customer service, innovative ideas and solutions, dedication to WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Owners and their peers as well as reliability and positive, can-do attitude.

- Senior Manager Count On Me! Award: Ross Nicholas, Director of Direct Marketing
- CEO Count On Me! Award: Jaculin Lowien, Manager of Travel by Wyndham
- The winners will be rewarded with a trip to Las Vegas in 2012 for the prestigious President’s Club Conference.
Top sales employees were also recognised at the gala and regional celebrations for their efforts with 12 people receiving the company’s prestigious Garcia Sales Award. A further 16 sales employees were also recognised for their top performances.
The gala dinner was hosted by television personality Andrew Daddo and featured INXS guitarist Kirk Pengilly, world champion surfer and Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Ambassador, Layne Beachley as well as internationally renowned magician, Matt Hollywood and local musicians and entertainers.
