The 2012 Annual Foundation Golf Day was again a huge success with just under $30,000 being raised. $25,000 of this by general means and $5,000 by the extra generosity of Wyndham ($2,000), Classic ($2,000) and Accor ($1,000) for FSHD Research.
A fabulous day was had by all with a capped field of 144 players who teed off in this Ambrose event.
The weather was absolutely perfect and the teams vied for some fantastic prizes and most importantly, funds were raised for the ATHOC Foundation. All monies raised will go to the ATHOC Foundation which assists children and families faced with unforseen emergencies in the local community.
This year the ATHOC Foundation is supporting FSHD Research. Thank you to all that participated in this Charity Golf Day.
The activities on the holes were endless and kept people amused as they made their way around the course.
