RCI proudly announced that it was again recognized by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. RCI, which has been a part of this list for four consecutive years, was honored at an awards dinner at the Indiana Roof Ballroom earlier this month.

RCI has a unique working environment that encourages employees to work hard, but have fun doing it. Some of the highlights of the Indianapolis campus include multiple associate celebrations and events each year, chair massages available onsite twice a week, an onsite gym with free fitness classes, walking trails, a meditation room, a basketball court and video gaming systems to use during breaks. The company emphasizes employee development and recognition, and as a result, more than 50 percent of the positions available in the Indianapolis office are filled with internal staff.

More than 1,000 employees currently work out of the RCI Indianapolis office, which mainly serves as a global customer service call center for RCI’s subscribing members. RCI and the other companies named on the list were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
