Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services, will host its new HOA (Homeowners’ Association) Insights seminars for legacy resort teams looking for strategies to stay competitive and reach the next generation of buyers. The inaugural events will take place September 12 – 13 at the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport and October 23 – 24 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando.
“We’ve offered our highly regarded Info-Exchange seminars primarily to operations staff members at Interval-affiliated resorts for nearly 30 years and have received consistently positive feedback from the thousands of attendees,” said Marcos Agostini, Interval’s executive vice president of global sales and business development. “With this extensive background, we know that there’s also an opportunity to provide an equally valuable service to managers and board members at long-established properties. Designed especially for these legacy resorts, HOA Insights will help them navigate the rapidly evolving industry environment.”
Led by Interval and other vacation ownership executives, the agenda features a state of the industry update, as well as several sessions that will focus on proven tools, products, and programs for securing potential purchasers and engaging non-buyers; successful sales and marketing techniques; financial and operational concerns; and present and future challenges. Always beneficial networking time is also scheduled.
HOA Insights are accredited by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), so attendees can earn credit toward their Associate Resort Professional (ARP) or Registered Resort Professional (RRP) industry certifications.
