Ramada by Wyndham Hope Harbour Welcomes Iron French Chef Sakai

Gold Coast locals and visitors will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the incredible culinary skill of the world-famous Iron French Chef Hiroyuki Sakai at Ramada Hope Harbour during March.

Renowned for his six seasons on the popular Japanese television series Iron Chef, Chef Sakai will team up with high-profile Melbourne father and son duo Ikuei Arakane and Masahide Arakane and Ramada Hope Harbour Head Chef David Pommier to create a delicious six course degustation experience.

Each course will be perfectly paired with a series of French wines by leading French/Australian Executive Head Sommelier Stephane Pommier, and these wines are presented by leading French wine specialist Decante This.

The culinary event will be held at Ramada Hope Harbour on the evenings of March 8 and 9 and will run from 6pm to 9:30pm. Tickets are expected to sell out and are currently available for $289 each.
