A Message to ATHOC From the Alannah and Madeline Foundation

“On behalf of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, many thanks to the ATHOC Foundation for your generous donation of $10,000 towards our Trauma Consultancy Service. This service will assist 270 kindergartens and early years services in 2021 by supporting teachers and educators working at the front line with vulnerable children and families. It will help bridge the gap in costs and enable more early years services to engage with us. This includes some of the smaller services in regional Victoria who find it hard to access programs due to distance and remoteness. Others located in metro Melbourne are struggling to manage the impact of COVID on their communities. Our unique model of service delivery, which is trauma informed and relationship based, will see us work with these kindergartens to help these families heal and recover.”
